By using My wine and completing an order, you accept the terms below. Please read them.

The product

We sell wine with a label that you design. Each order is made specially for you, based on the design you approve.

Orders

The minimum order is 12 bottles per design. Every order includes one free bottle for you to taste. An order becomes final once payment is completed.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT where it applies. Shipping is calculated and shown before payment. Payment is made by card through Stripe.

The content you upload

By uploading a logo or text, you confirm that you have the right to use it. We do not print content that is illegal, offensive or infringes the rights of others, and we reserve the right to refuse such an order.

Production and returns

Because each bottle is made specially for you from your own design, orders cannot be returned or changed after approval and once printing has begun, unless there is a defect or a mistake on our side. In that case we will fix the problem.

Changes to an order

You can ask for changes while the order has not yet gone to print. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping

We ship worldwide, with some exceptions. Delivery times depend on the destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or by customs.

Age

The sale of alcohol is permitted to adults only. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Liability

We make every effort so that the wine and the printing are of excellent quality. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. For any dispute that is not resolved amicably, the courts of our registered seat have jurisdiction.
