How it works

Here is what happens, from the moment you start designing until the bottles arrive at your door. No rush and no surprises.

You design your label

You start from a ready template and make it yours: upload your logo, write the name and the words you want, choose colours. Throughout, you see the label live on the bottle, so you know exactly what you will receive.

The minimum order and the sample

Each design is printed on at least 12 bottles. With every order we add one free bottle for you to taste first, at no extra charge.

Printing

From your design we prepare a real, high resolution print file. Labels print cleanly and with faithful colours. Small differences in shade compared to your screen are normal, as with any printing.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. The shipping cost is calculated by destination and shown clearly before you pay, never hidden.

Payment

You pay securely, by card, through Stripe. Your card details are not stored with us. You can order as a guest or create an account.

How long it takes

Once the order is confirmed, we prepare the print and get the bottles ready. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order at every step, until it travels to you.

Frequent questions

Can I change something after I order?

You can ask for changes while the order has not yet gone to print. Contact us as soon as you can and we will take care of it, if there is still time.

What file do I need to prepare?

None. The wine arrives printed and ready. You do not need to handle any print file yourself, we take care of preparing it.

How large is the label on each bottle?

Each bottle size has its own label. You can see the exact sizes in millimetres above, in the sizes section.

Do I need to create an account?

No. You can complete your order as a guest. An account simply helps you find your designs and orders again later.
